We reserve the right to exchange only those blades manufactured by ourselves
or by other manufacturers of high quality blades.

To re-process the variety of blade types we receive daily and return them to their individual owners on the same day would be impossible.

To provide customers with a fast efficient [usually next day] service

we operate an exchange service.

HOW IT WORKS

We re-process blades in batches of each type and hold them in stock.

When we receive your blades we immediately return new or “good as new” blades from stock and leave your blades to be re-processed with the next batch of that type.

If the blades you send us are beyond re-sharpening we don’t fuss we simply send you NEW or “GOOD AS NEW” blades at exchange price.

SOME BLADE TYPES CAN NOT BE RE-PROCESSED COST EFFECTIVELY

So we replace them with NEW blades. See:- New Blades For Old

USERS OF OUR EXCHANGE SERVICE NEVER NEED TO BUY NEW BLADES

Although they frequently receive new blades they pay only exchange price.

[Many of our customers have not paid for a new blade for 20 years]
