Plotter blades are high precision instruments.
They SHOULD be made from HIGH QUALITY tungsten carbide.
[A very expensive material]
They SHOULD be manufactured to an accuracy of a few microns.
[About one tenth of the thickness of a human hair]
They SHOULD be individually inspected under a microscope.
[Yes! individually - not just one in every thousand]
High quality is cost effective.
[That is what we provide]
But it rarely comes dirt cheap.
No matter what plotter you use it is only as good as the blade you put in it.
If you are really determined to buy the cheapest blades you could trawl Internet auction sites
where you may find some cheap copies of some of our products but please do not call us
to ask how to use them or how to alter your plotter to accommodate the ones that don’t fit.
Good Luck!
